I am an engineer from India with 8.6 years of experience & looking for a good MBA program in UK which can provide a good placement.
Please note that i don't have a GMAT score.

You should take the GMAT. Even if your score is not excellent, employers see the difference in quality between schools where people take it, and schools where applicants avoid it, since that is a signal that the students have weak quant skills. I think the key thing for you is not which schools have good placement, but specifically which have good placement for international students. There are several good options. See: Best schools for international students' placement http://www.find-mba.com/board/41143

However i am concerned about my undergraduate ,i don't have a bachelor degree instead i hold a 3 year engineering diploma.So Do you think once i have taken GMAT there won't be any issue with the admission requirements of these top business schools.

That will depend on each school. Some might ask you to take the A.M.I.E. exam. Your work experience certainly helps your application.
