I am an engineer from India with 8.6 years of experience & looking for a good MBA program in UK which can provide a good placement.

Please note that i don't have a GMAT score.

You should take the GMAT. However i am concerned about my undergraduate ,i don't have a bachelor degree instead i hold a 3 year engineering diploma.So Do you think once i have taken GMAT there won't be any issue with the admission requirements of these top business schools.

That will depend on each school. Some might ask you to take the A.M.I.E. exam. Your work experience certainly helps your application.
