I'm thinking to do an MBA in the UK, preferably a course that contains a professional experience. I'm from Marketing Background with 4 years of experience. Any suggestions for a good program so far?

University of Edinburgh business school offers a 16 months MBA with 4 months internship and University of Westminster also offer internship as a part of their program. Even Loughborough University offer a 2 years MBA with supervised internship.

Depends on what you mean by professional experience. Those programs with internships that Mamit suggested are very good. But many MBA programs will also offer hands-on project components, where students can get practical experience in real companies. Oxford - Said, for instance, offers a strategic consulting project as well as an entrepreneurship project.

Try your luck with a programme such as Westminster or Edinburgh as mentioned. Loughborough Programme is a waste of money and time, and the internship is subject to favouritism from the programme management.

I work for the School of Business and Economics at Loughborough University and just wanted to assure you that the MBA with internship is not subject to favouritism, nor a waste of money / time. Of our 2014/15 cohort (which was the first year we offered the internship) only one of the students failed to get a placement by October 2014. This was due to personal reasons too and not for an open forum such as this.

Although it is your own responsibility to find your internship, you will be given help and guidance in sourcing one, especially from our specialised Work-Based Learning Director through workshops and skills sessions throughout the year.
