Hi,
This post is directed to the prospective international students who do not have UK/EU passport and requires work-permit to work legally in the UK.
There are three kinds of UK visa you can get after you complete your education in the UK.
1. Tier 1 Post Study Work Visa -- This visa entitles you to stay and search for job in the UK for a maximum of 2 years after your graduation. Please note that you are legally authorised to work using this visa, but majority of employers do NOT accept PSW visa holders since mostly this visa holders have to quit the job after 2 years when the visa expires.
2. Sponsored Tier 2 Visa -- You can not apply this visa on your own. If/When you get a job in a UKBA registered company, the company will procure a certificate of sponsorship for you from the Home Office. Using the certificate the company will issue a sponsored Tier 2 Visa giving you work rights in the UK for a maximum of 3 years. Currently the new Govt. has imposed a bar on the issue of certificate of sponsorships and almost no new work-permits are being issued.
2. Tier 1 General Visa -- You can apply this visa on your own but you are only eligible to apply if you already hold a valid UK qualification and can prove that your annual earnings is more than £25,000 p.a. in the last 12 months. Also you need to show £2800 in your bank account. There is a strict limitation on number of these visas issued to foreign nationals and are very hard to obtain.
Students who have MBA degree (Full Time only) from the following schools -- LBS, Said, Judge, Warwick, Cass, Manchester, Cranfield, Imperial and Asridge will not be affected by any immigration cap set up by the Govt.
All MSc's and MBA graduates from other Unis will be seriously affected since companies are extremely reluctant to take non-EU foreign workers. Be sure to weigh your financial constraints before investing in an expensive UK qualification and don't believe everything that a study abroad agent (like Chopras etc.) tells you. Life is not as easy as it seems in the UK!
In case you want to obtain an international business degree, have no intention of working in the UK and wish to come back to your country immediately after graduation, the new visa regulation does not affect you in any way.
I will be unable to reply to any of your queries you have regarding this matter but do discuss among yourselves.
Hope you all find this post useful. All the best.

Misleading Information.
The U.K governemnt just mandated an interim limit that will reduce the issue of Tier 2 skilled worker visa by 5 % compared to that of the same time period last year. The new policy about point-based visa will not be released until April 2011.
Companies are still hiring foreigners.
