Dear Govind, you are pretty young for having completed your graduation. Australian universities do offer MBA programs for freshers which are of 1.5-2 years duration. You are required to take your English Language Proficiency Test - IELTS and try to score 6.5 Bands. The intakes are in the months of July & February and also some universities have a November intake.

First of all, no offense intended, but you'll probably want to work on your English if you are looking at pursuing an MBA in Australia.
Secondly, perhaps there are some MBA programs in Australia that do not require work experience, but they won't be worth the investment. AGSM, for instance, requires at least two years of work experience to apply, although the average of accepted students tends to be around six years.
At Melbourne, you need three years of work experience to apply.
Instead, if you are interested in pursuing a management degree at this point, perhaps you should opt for a masters in management program, which generally does not require work experience. The University of Sydney has a ranked MIM program, for instance.
