Hi
I just wanted to know about the placement statistics at SMU after completing MBA.
Is there any difficulty in getting a job in Singapore for foreigners(Indians). What is the average salary that one could expect after completing MBA for someone with 6 years of work ex?
Also wanted to know how does SMU MBA fare with SP Jains global MBA program in terms of placements and ROI.
Thanks

There's a ton of discussion here on these schools. I would think that SMU, or another Singapore-based school like Nanyang or NUS, would be better to land a job in Singapore versus a school like SP Jain, which is spread out over multiple cities and continents. I don't have the data to back that up though.
Be advised that on this discussion board and on others, I believe that representatives from marketing and SEO companies hired by SP Jain are actively marketing the school by posing as applicants and students. So if you hear anything about the school that is too good to be true, or somehow seems heavily unbalanced in favor of SP Jain, be skeptical of it.

Take a look at http://business.smu.edu.sg/sites/default/files/business/mba/mba_brochure_2013_revised.pdf and then ask the school for any placement information you want which are not published.

NUS would be better. Or INSEAD.
