Hi all, I would like to enroll in an Executive MBA program that would leave the option open for me to eventually pursue a DBA. I know that the City University of Hong Kong has an accelerated DBA route option, and I may apply for this program. Are there any other similar pathways (especially in Asia, but I am open to other locations as well.) Thanks.

Any internationally-recognised bachelors degree plus over ten years work experience will be fine for most DBAs. Otherwise, any business masters will be fine for CUHK.

Great, thanks. Any advice on which Asian schools that would be good for the EMBA --> DBA path? I'd like to do both degrees at the same school.

No, I think most candidates will be better advised to take a part-time PhD rather than a DBA, and to add a second business school network to the first. So I could not really recommend that.

I see, thanks Duncan.
