I guess it would depend on your career goals, especially what you plan on doing in Africa.
The only internationally accredited business schools in Anglophone Africa are in South Africa: the University of Cape Town, Wits Business School, Stellenbosch, and Potchefstroom Business School, in particular. Maybe start by researching those.

Is Henley Business School in South Africa a safe bet? I mean, is it as good or better than the ones you have mentioned here?

Henley's been in the country for over 20 years now, so its a fairly established school there. I'd say it's comparable to UCT or Stellenbosch.
Although, it obviously depends on where you want to work after graduation (industry/location/function).

I am in public relations but want to switch into account management. I am in Johannesburg and don't plan on leaving. Would Henley be a good choice for me in this case?

You don't need an MBA to be an account manager.
